Alright my problem is that screen only works with my root and admin accounts and nobody else. They'll get the error "Cannot open your terminal '/dev/pts/5' - please check." I tried uninstalling screen but it says that it's not installed, yet when i try to install the RPM again it says it's already installed. Can one of you please help? Thanks in advance.

Maybe some files are not uninstalled or the uninstallation was not properly done. Manually remove all the related files and try to install it again.
