Anyone is a customer of Cobalt Racks (http://www.cobaltracks.com), a division of Visuallink Internet?

I want to get in touch with Cobalt Racks customers to see if I am the only one having problems with their support and services, or not.

From the sounds of other people on this board you are by far not the only one with problems. Search the forums once, Im sure you'll get what your looking for (or not looking for).

Thanks everybody for the input. I am very satisfied by my Cobalt RaQ 4i. I can't tell the same for Cobalt Racks.
