Looking for international merchant account

Am looking for some reputed company that does provide complete merchant solution, with almost complete control over it.
Mainly, clients should be signing up for trial and not charged until 3 days after, in which they decide to delete their membership and if kept it it will be charged.
This implies keying credits if am not mistaken.
I know there will be no manual keying for credit cards but the process of keeping credit cards on database (our database or merchant provide this we do not mind) and then patch processing whatever is due to process on day x, etc .
Also unlike any 3rd party, we do wish to include some rules which we cannot do with 3rd party providers such as :
Single purchase for each client, rejecting second purchase automatically until further verification.
Ticket prices are only up to 5$ max, so maybe a microprocessor provider ?
I need all checkout process at 1 single page, unlike the 2CO paypal and any others ... Just single page, enter all needed data, merchant provides auth code, script returns login pin.
Also due to the nature of content being sold, and that its not resale material or fraud attractive, we expect a really low level or almost minor fraud to occur unlike most products.
Ofcourse all this will sound easier to look for if we were in USA with checking/SSN and other requirements...
But we are in Lebanon, so we either find an international provider or we soon better start looking for a US partner ^^

Any one here who has some history on WHT can recommend on/off GSPAY?

Its hard to find a ma when your out of premium zones(USA,EU)
What about tryin to setup a company in EU which might cost 1000dollars per year ?

I have been submitting applications almost all day today and expect at least responses to clarify my standings soon.
As i expect it will be hard to get a MID due to my geo location.
Which companies provide EU status ? the truth this scares me off sometimes, i know there are plenty of US offices business etc etc.
But when it comes to obtaining a MID using those info, wont it come to get asked about your SSN or IDs etc and will show up as foreigner ?
I will hate to reach a point where ill be faking info to obtain it rather than getting it on my true ID and leave no doubts abour identity issues when it comes to payouts !!!

Forget USA.
It wont work out for you.
You have 3 options;
1-
Search for a provider which will work with your offshore or lebanon company(you will have to setup a company in offshore zones)
2-
Search for an Asian provider.
3-
Setup a company in EU and look for an EU provider.
If you would ask me,i would advice you to go for the 3rd one as it would be the most stable and trustworthy.
Others wouldnt let you sleep in peace at nights.

you are quiet correct and i am sure that a got a guy who would charge you but provide you with the company type you want,i also know the provider whom i working with and i got it through him the guy i am referring you to,
he would surely get you according to your appropriate requirements.
but do not let him delay if you hopefully continue your deal with him as he has many clients,he usually takes more time than required but me dealing with him since a long time and also referred him to many else so means he is 100% legit.

Calv, the EU company deal seems interesting, just remains one question about it, a foreign company set in EU wont be asked later for EU citizenship to get bank and merchant? if Not, means it will work just fine.

Failsafe, I will be selling subscriptions to private content, i do have the clients and i do have things almost setup except merchant
I also explained what i need to on my post above which i cant do with third parties.

Failsafe, what about single page checkout ?
Let me elaborate, the payments are small tickets of 5$ MAX, and include a permanent subscription not recurring, so i want this as easy as possible, and am not saying less secure.
But go on plimus.com or 2checkout.com or paypal.com transaction, and count how many pages, which can be done in a single page!
As a buyer i hate it, and having my own merchant i wont do but rather 1 single page, i dont even need to create members login, but rather successfull trans will get a PIN generated.
So 1 page will have lets say Card number< expiry, cvv,
name , zipcode (enough for avs in most cases) and email address.
It will simply give back a failure or success
