I don't think it's necessary to mention the name of the hosting company, as I don't really have any major complaints. But, I just signed up as a reseller and i'm a bit confused on nameservers. They use shared IP's for nameservers, as a lot of companies do, but ns1's pointing to another web designers site, ns2's pointing to some blindingly colorful site. I did email them about this, in a nutshell i'm told that's just how they are setup. I'm a reseller for another host and all the name servers show a blank page. I'm just looking for some other opinions on this.

That's the way shared IP hosting can be. Personally, I'd rather have two non-shared IPs for my nameservers, if possible, on the off chance that someone does something weird like trying to visit the IP address of the nameservers. I'd even rather them get the Apache "it worked" page than have the IP go off somewhere I might not want it to go.
