I apologise, as I'm sure this is pretty easy to do...
I want to transfer all the info on one of my servers, to another server. Essentially I want the server to be exactly the same (just with different specs and location). Both servers have DirectAdmin. I was thinking of doing it with the Remote DirectAdmin Transfer feature, but that field is unaccessible to me (the radio button is untickable and the fields are "locked"). Both servers are dedicated. Any idea why those fields are locked for me?
Is the next best way to use the FTP backup feature?
