Hi,

I have a customer who's about to start using itsyourdomain as a dom reg system. As it look like a few people here are using them, could someone either post, or email me about the setup? I took a whizz around their control panel but the info is pretty light on the ground in relation to setting up nameservers and the exact steps behind it all.

He's registered the domain name he wishes to use. I've set up nameservers for his domain, so now he just has to register those nameservers with the registrar. That's mainly the part that's a little light on the ground. No big red button saying "Register Nameservers"

Any help would be great.

Greg,

Just get the domain owner to email Ted Cucci at itsyourdomain.com and ask to have the name servers AND IP's registered with the Versign Global Registry.

E-Mail me if you want more info...

Cheers.

Thanks for the info... The answers I got from their support were a little shaky at best :)

I'll look into it and get back to you.

I called them directly and they walked me through everything on the phone. It's a great group in my opinion. Email me off-fourm if you need any detailed help.

historian,

Thanks. I got the customer to give them a ring and fed him the info as he needed it. All seems to have been worked out and both domains work a treat :) After an initial concern about their service I'm beginning to think they be pretty ok *lol*
