We are still looking for a good hosting company to purchase a Windows dedicated server. Our site right now is on shared hosting, it was shut-down last week due to "excessive overload" and we got thousands dollars loss.
The site is composed by ASP and heavily driven by MS SQL, we need a fully managed Windows dedicated server coming with the support of ASP and ASP.net, MS SQL database, email server, MS FrontPage, 404 page customization (must be able to use Server.Transfer function) because we don't have knowledge on server and database integration. We hope we do only little customizations like we deal with share-hosting after we move to the DS then we can make the site running. The budget is open, what we care most is performance (speed especially for database connection, uptime, etc.) and service (support, 24-hour phone or live chat, etc.).
Please suggest a good company.

IMHO Rackspace are the best for Dedicated Windows Hosting, but are little more expansive than other hosts.

You don't necessarily need a dedicated server. You can also try a VPS or Semi-Dedicated hosting. This should save you a good amount of money and provide the performance you need.
