Why is the sky blue?

What is the recommended torque setting for chains to hold down a Space Shuttle Main Engine on a double drop 26 foot bottom well lowboy. Please list the torque assignments for the 8 chains starting from the front right chain, then the left side alternating to the right and ending up with the left chain on the rear.

Also, a bonus question, the G meter, should it be located in the front of the trailer, or the rear.

Another bonus question, with a trip from Monrovia California (Rocketdyne - Rockwell Contractor, to Bay St. Louis, Mississippi (John C STennis Space Center), how much G meter scroll should be in spare as backup keeping in mind that I40, and I10 could at anytime be obstructed and require a reroute up to I80, then back down I25.
