Does this spreadsheet look ok in terms of expenses, etc?

So, I'm working on setting up a few spreadsheets for profit, loss, expenses, etc. Can some more experienced tell me if this seems to have all the things a new web host needs to start up. Let me know if I'm missing anything, but I think I've covered everything.

Have you taken the promotion and ad campaign costs into consideration ?

I added that expense after I had uploaded it. I figure $200/month on advertising.

I would personally remove the Kayako Live Support, invest into a Yearly WHMCS license, and get a cheaper vps server for your company site.
The other things you may want to consider is support cost (not sure of your knowledge), staff, ip addresses, and misc./emergency expenses (20%).

WHMCS isn't a support software is it? I thought it was just billing. The host I'm going with has really expensive management packages, but I've got a ton of experience working with Linux servers, so that's dealt it. Thanks for the emergency expenses, I'll add that now.
Also, should I provide 1 dedicated IP per customer or have it all shared? Or charge extra for a dedicated IP on a per customer basis?

I do not see no support, no server management costs. Also why pay for vps and dedicated at same time ?

WHMCS can handle both billing and support. It's a great piece of software.
As for dedicated IPs, I would absolutely not provide 1 dedicated IP per customer. Give a shared IP by default and charge extra for a dedicated IP with proper justification such as SSL.

I agree with Orien, don't just give out dedicated ip's. You will loose a lot of money.
I would do it as Orien also said by putting them in the first place on a shared master or separate ip address and if they want a dedicated one then make them pay for it.

Not to be rude, but have you considered of maybe just purchasing a reseller account? It seems that your not really aware of the software or how the hosting business actually needs to be setup.

I would recommend starting out with a reseller account and working your way to the top.

i would maybe look at reducing your vps fees, is ur site that busy that you need such i high power vps?
also, get rid of kayako liveresponse and use the built in whmcs support (better to ditch whmcs and use AWBS) and use livezilla for livechat, its free and much better. I would also stop using enom for domains and get an account with netearthone, no need to top up by 100 at a time, top up as much or as little as u want, also they are cheaper

WHMCS is great, billing and helpdesk/knowledge base all in one. Livezilla is also great, we use it. You just can't beat free. And if your just starting out and have no clients, get a Reseller account as a VPS and a Dedi server...your going to be broke quick. Figure you won't turn a profit for the first year, you'll be lucky to break even. Start with a small reseller account, or a VPS, and expand.
