I tried to copy a file to cron.hourly, but i get a permission denied, altough i'm logged in as root.

Does anybody know why ?

what are the exact keystrokes you are using to do the copy?

I tried to copy it true FTP that did'nt work, so i telnetted it. (i'm starting to get the hang of this linux thing ;) )
