My review of DiligentHost

Hello people,
after a few days while i was looking for a new reseller account, i landed to DiligentHost. I contacted them via Live Chat to discuss my signup and to ask for many questions. After that i decided to signup: it was 17th december 2008. Here is my impression after just a few days with them:Live chat support is very friendly, the guys behind there answered patiently all my questionsThey have a fantastic Christmas promotion: 50% off on any order... they further said that (since i purchased their service with a coupon code) the 50% discount is for LIFETIME, also if i'd want to upgrade next year or in the future!They are a young company, just a bit more than 1 year on business, but their services looks excellent so far: very fast download from servers, very fast page loading and pinging server from my country - i live in Italy
I will keep you informed in the next period.
I am for now very satisfied

1) yeah they are new to this market (1 year old)
2) i read about them looking on WHT into reseller offers board
3) they have a fantastic Christmas offer, plus kind support during presales phase, and a tried some pinging and testing too before going
