What is The Best Web Hosting

WHMCS is (IMO) currently as good as it gets.
WHMCS
ClientExec
Ubersmith
modernbill (now called Plesk Billing I believe or something like that)
That's the ones I know about. You can google them and give each a try and see what performs best for you.
Also you don't really need a dedicated server right away. You could start off with a VPS and then upgrade to a Hybrid / Dedicated as needed. Cuts down the cost while still providing you with what you need.
Good luck.

Thank you very much for your reply Danny.
You mentioned a very good point regarding dedicated servers.
I am still in doubt whether or not WHMCS can be compatible with my TLDs.
I have one more question, Can I implement this software within my Joomla! website?
Any help will be appreciated?
Kind Regards,
Archer

WHMCS. Most popular and recommended solution by many.

Why wouldn't it be compatible with your TLDs?
And yeah integrating it shouldn't be too hard. You can do it yourself, or alternatively get WHMCS to do it for you.

To be honest with you no billing/hosting software is ever going to meet all your needs. I've used Clientexec, WHMCS, and others and still fill that its missing something. If I had to pick from the handful of script providers it would be WHMCS, as it does come with a little bit more features then the others.

My new webhost uses ubersmith. I love the speed and simplicity of it.
But I think its honestly people behind it. The 15second response times at 5am on a sunday morning really makes the system awesome.

The response has nothing to do with it.. Its your host's technicans doing the support, not UberSmith..

I just purchased clientexec a few months ago and am thoroughly impressed with its features -- although the plugin support needed some custom fine tuning.

I would definitely recommend WHMCS. I've been using it for almost a year and I haven't been disappointed yet. ClientExec is great too if your on a budget, however it requires a little tweaking for some things to work.

WHMCS and ubersmith are the best I have used.
