Domain Reselling Newbie

I am wanting to become a domain reseller however cant seem to find what I need. I have found a reseller host that I will be using "inno hosting"
Anyways,
Im looking for a domain reseller option that allows me to resell domains with out the account having a balance and to have the domain be registered then and there so the customers domain can not be taken.
I don't want to resell domains if I get payment and the domain is put into Que and taken by another domain buyer, I would think this would cause a lot of problems and even lawsuits.
How are so many domain reseller popping up and having so many sales with out investing a lot of money?

There are not that many registrar/resellers that will give you "credit" so to speak, normally as I would suggest to all of our new resellers, put on say $30 to allow auto registration, you can then just keep an eye on it and top it up when you get to say $10.

Yes it would cause problems, but I would say it wouldnt happen that often if at all, unless, you have 2 different registrars open and press "GO" at the same time or your client trys to register it at 2 different resellers, remember for it to be registered in 2 different places at once, the same name has had to be used (ie the original person would have had to tell someone else or do it themselves).

Ok, I need to be a little more clear I believe.

Refined: I dont have money in an account for the domain and if a customer purchases the domain it is still up for grabs, they could go to another domain registrar and still register it. I think this would cause lawsuits.

Redefined: I dont actually mean how they get big, I mean how can they start off and sell so many domains if they only have enough money in their account to purchase like 2 or 3 domains? I know it is hard work to grow but how can they grow with little capital and with out problems?
