Control Panels are easy - a good perl programmer matched with a PHP programmer and a database person can write up the hosting industry's best control panel in less than a few days if they work together. It doesn't take much to code this kind of software - BUT... You need to know what you want in it. What would you want in your gameserver control panel? All I can think of is a reboot the server option and log options... I guess it depends on the game - so maybe then add a configurable rcon console into the control panel??
