I do believe that to upgrade you must purchase Windows.NET Server.

Yes, I do believe you need to install .NET Server which includes IIS 6.0.

How much does it cost? I mean if you have to buy the upgrade, from Windows 2000 server to .NET? Thanks

I'd guesstamate $750 to $1000... it is Microsoft, after all. But it depends on your version (Web Server, Standard, Enterprise, Advanced) and the number of CALs you need.
