We are looking to put up a new datacenter in Europe, We need to get some european located staff that can speak most common languages over there.

- Which skills do you ask for? except languages you listed.
- Any country restriction?
- How many hours of work per week?

Requirement skill wise with servers:

- Know basics about Redhat Linux System

- Know SSH Commands

- Good with customers * No short tempers *

- Working around 1 to 5 hours per day, depending on what we sign you up for.

- Payment in money, or server hosting

Plus all the basics. You need to know how to troubleshoot, answer simple and hard questions, ect.
