Kayako SupportSuite or?

Yo,I recommend using Kayako SupportSuite, its easy, and you get tons of Features. Live Chat, Support Ticketing, a whole bunch of Features that I don't think other support systems include. To find out more, visit: www.kayako.com.
Now, the part I hate about Kayako is the Space it takes up, its a very big support system.....
If you have any other systems to recommend it here. I hate uploading huge files, and I want to find something like this support system, that is smaller.
I only say I hate uploading it / huge files, its because my Connection isn't the fastest other there....Peter
