Crucial Paradigm - 10 Months Review

I have been in the hosting business for more than 10 years and tested may hosts during these years.
My experience... since the hosting equipment are intangible to me, I always had worries when my host does not reply to my tickets or emails. Well I never faced this problem with Crucial Paradigm. Their ticket response is the fastest I have every experiences, not only that the responses are professional enough focusing the solutions and friendly.
The company don't say NO in most of the cases, so they make the customer satisfied.
Their servers are fast and bandwidth is quality, so very rarely I faced down time.
Most of all they always give offers in WHT, who don't like it
I am happy I moved from my previous provider, last ten months was smooth, and I wanted to continue with Crucial Paradigm as long as they are continuing the same level of quality hosting and support with reasonable price.

Another seven months has passed - still I am with Crucialparadigm, renewed for another year.

No issues, same level of support and I am glad to continue with them.

I did not see too many reviews about Crucial Paradigm on WHT. But the reviews that I saw are positive. We are glad from the services of our current hosting provider(Hostdime/Surpasshosting). But I added this company on our alternative list. Thanks.
