I do not have the money to pay some hot-shot lawyer to write up an AUP/TOS. Are there any free alternatives, besides copying one from an already established company?

I contacted one of the ppl in that thread and asked if I could borrow liberaly from their TOS and they were kind enough to say yes. I got in contact with a solicitor through a local Business Enterprise Centre (something we have here in NSW, AU) and she said she would look over mine for me, but never got back to me :( |
