Howard, Check it. Must be problem with your site itself.

after tickets issued 40 minutes, they reboot for me..now it is back up. I tried to check it but I even could not log in by SSH...how could I check it?? or even reboot?

Thanks

I find restarting httpd is sufficient in many cases where the site just goes down for no apparent reason. Reboot wise, Rackshack comes with this option (as a seperate service) I believe.

Howard,

Were you referring to your dedicated server on Rackshack which is down or the entire Rackshack is down ?

He'd have to be referring to his server. For many reasons, but even a personal reason is that he said he opened up two support tickets -- he couldn't do that if he couldn't access Rackshack.

When you do a traceroute to your IP and it shows no response on the last hop (Your IP) .. it's time to submit a ticket, ask for a reboot and then check your logs when it comes back up, to try and find the reason for the lockup :D

rackshack couldn't of been down, if it was you wouldn't of been able to post this thread in the first place

secondly if anything went down it looks like it was your server.
