I was wondeing if mehost.com has any affiliation with *******.com becuase there aups are the same. and

still has "16. Payment Methods. ******* accepts Visa(Preferred), MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Checks, Money Order and International Money Order." in it. compare with: http://www.*******.com/bottombar/acceptable.html

MEHost you probably want to fix this asap....

I can (almost) certainly say that mehost is not affiliate with *******.

Also, why didn't you contact Jason from mehost privately first? You can't expect Jason to catch this thread for sure; he is a busy person and he may misses it.

Im highly against plagerism etc...
If i just contacted MeHost they could of changed it and ******* prob would of never known any differnt, or i could of contactd ******* and they would of probably taken some legal action. Or both and they would of done it first or one would of responded saying they have an agreement allowing them to use eachothers and such. I posted it so afew people would be witness to that it had said what it did. Its really not even my business in the first place, but like I said, im against people taking others work and not taking the time to make their own..... Posting it heres the best solution that came to mind...

There is also the possbility that mehost and ******* both copied from the same source, or that ******* copied from pwebtech (parent company of mehost).

Well even if they purchased it from the same place, would it have said ******* in the original version? ******* didnt copy mehost becuase its mehost's terms that say the word "*******" instead of mehost in 1 line that they fergot to edit... by this point I wish i hadn't made that first post though....

LOL ... I was reading the post and couldn't check myself from smirking ... I myself don't think most ppl have the patience to write such huge things as AUP and TOS etc. Most ppl copy partly from someone else and make edits :D

I spent 6+ hours writting mine and assuring its legalities...... I did look at other AUP's for reference, but didnt copy anything at all, only look at them to see if I may have missed anything... which I might ad the majority of AUP's out there are very incomplete....
