I always see that there are dedicated servers for mass amounts of bandwidth and space, but there are any dedicated servers out there which can only hold about 1-2 gb of space and 20 gb of bandwidth or less? It seems liek there would be, but I've never seen any.

that would be a virtual dedicated server ;)
unless u wanna build a pentium mmx 166mhz + 64mb ram + 3.2gb hdd urself then colo it... :D
Well, what if 'Csoves' wants a full dedicated server? Virtual Deds' aren't always a perfect match for everyone.
Your best bet would to fashion a request together and place it in the request forums. In your request, state that you want the provider to specifically match your needs. You should hopefully see some options, and what's available for you.
Good luck! :cartman:

Csoves, take a look at Sprocketdata's plans:

I have no experience of their servers nor their service, but their name has come up in two similar threads (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/search.php?s=&action=showresults&searchid=580202&sortby=lastpost&sortorder=descending).

take a look at the following:

$50 / month for a decent machine, although, only 30 gb of bandwidth (which you say is sufficient). i used these guys for a while, and they were pretty awesome. i had one "mysterious" reboot, which ended up happening because the machine wasn't attached to any sort of battery backup. other than that though, they were totally up to par and worth considering!
