control panel for slicehost?

A friend of mine is looking to use a control panel on slicehost and is not looking to spend any money are there any open source control panels that are still actively update all the ones i looked at were running with php4 :/

VPS control panel he has a slice on slicehost and is looking for a good way to manage everything, he just tried openpanel he was very happy with it but it had no way to manage mail accounts which was kind of a let down for him.

cPanel VPS and DirectAdmin VPS licenses are pretty inexpensive - cPanel VPS licenses especially are a lot less than their dedicated counterpart. If your friend can spend a little extra money each month, it may provide a lot more ease-of-use.
