bluenice 12-08-2008, 04:46 AM how about sending email to your costumers to tell if your site now is up with new design.
superbrain 12-12-2008, 03:06 PM Set up a newsletter and have people sign up for it.. Then send a newsletter every month, bringing some traffic back to your site. Also giving coupons or advertising a special deal on the home page may help.

Mike - Limestone 12-17-2008, 05:29 PM I hate to say it, but the telephone number in your logo (at the top) is almost unreadably small :p

savantcreative 12-17-2008, 05:41 PM I agree. It is hard to see. You may want to make it larger.

Steve-Hostirian 12-17-2008, 05:58 PM The telephone number at the top is barely readable, but it's scattered enough (readable) throughout the site that I don't think that's your problem. I do see a discount and the site comes across as very professional. Love the plumbing border. You might employ a feature such as SitePal or a personal video. Prospects buy from reps or companies they know, like and trust - it's a relationship process. Some of the most successful entreprenuers are those who put a face in front of their company. Possibly include photos of your staff.

Carol_Ferndale 12-19-2008, 08:21 AM It looks like a good site! I would almost certainly phone if I had a plumbing problem and lived in your vicinity.
Just a grammar point: on this page http://www.plumbingsolutionsllc.com/toilets.html
at the bottom of the list of locations
And Surrounding Area's
needs to be
And Surrounding Areas
There is no apostrophe because it is a plural, not a possessive
Also, I would put
and surrounding areas
but this is just more a matter of opinion.

Lewcy 12-19-2008, 08:40 AM A bit of a silly question but what do you do?
It is obvious you are a plummer, I think, or are you a group of plummers, are you contractors or just a residential customer plummer?
Do you make plumming parts? ( The pictures on the home page and company name suggest you might be a plumming parts manufacturer )
Where do I go if I want a quote? I would be looking for this first - perhaps an online form would be good.
Your site seems to have a lot of text but not say a lot about your company. The areas you cover are mixed in with other text so hard to pick out. Credit cards are text instead of a simple image (saying a thousand words)
The lady on the contact page looks tacky.
Do you have a premises? Perhaps some pictures of your office etc to give yourself a real world presence will add to confidence.
Overall the design is very good, however the content seems to have been an after thought.
I hope that goves you some points to think on. Best of luck with the redesign I hope it brings in more business for you.

Thanks for all the feedback.. this is just the kind of stuff i needed to know. I dont have the best of eye for this stuff, but i know there is room for improvement.
I will look into getting the site proof read over. I agree about the lady on the contact page, but never really realized it till you mentioned it.
The site could be more descriptive with less repeated text.
For the past 3 months ive been taking photos... I want to do some kind of slide presentation for rescent projects and images of the staff etc. as suggested. However it seems like a simple process, but im not having luck picking a script or program to do it with.. any suggestions on what format/program i should present the images with?
Also how do you feel about audio on sites.. we have a 30 and 60 second radio ad and i was thinking about including the ad in the background of the home page?

HostLayer Tim 12-19-2008, 09:23 PM It's still not too late to send out a Christmas card to all of your clients. Run to your nearest Marshalls, TJ Max, or even Dollar General. You can get a bunch for next to nothing.

dthigpen 12-20-2008, 08:11 AM Send out a holiday card to all your customers. Don't focus on business in it, just a nice informal one and on the return address make sure the site is listed on the bottom line. Doing this (without mentioning business) reminds clients of us and projects they had on their mind and as a result, we end up with an influx of calls for proposals in early Jan.
