Hans Kamp

I saw this forum and also decided to register here, because my history of being a forum admin.
Until now I have administrated two forums about well-known games. One is Diablo II and the other is World of Warcraft, the latter a popular game.
The World of Warcraft forum was successful and sometimes I got problems with stability because of its size. It has about 3300 members, 10000 topics and 180000 messages. My webhost told me, that it could no longer maintain the forum in a Shared Hosting space. They adviced me to order a VPS. They copied all data from the Shared Host to a VPS with only necessary changes.
Because I have had a VPS for 5, almost 6 days, I decided to join this forum. I found this forum because there is also a similar Dutch forum about the same subject. The only difference is the domain extension.
I hope to find help if there is something going on with my VPS.
Outside webhosting subjects, I am a 42 years old man, working at school as an administrator, distributing posts and help pupils finding the colleagues that can help them. I live in the Netherlands, I am Dutch. I speak English pretty well besides Dutch. German and Esperanto are the other languages I speak, albeit less relevant here.
