i bought a fdcserver only because i need the bandwith...

i sent a bank draft for $270 US... last week i have heard nothing from sales or support i emailed them 3 times and they havent replied... its been 2 days since i emailed them... whatsup with that? do you guys have problems contacting them?

They're picky to what they reply to. They used to get back to me in minutes, but I think I've fallen out of grace somewhat, as now it can take minutes, it can take hours, it can take days, or I don't even get an answer out of them. T-minus one week till server move is complete and Petr can have his box back :D
