Something based around google adwords for an easy life, maybe a directory.
If your willing to work and develop it into an advertising company then maybe something more specific and content packed such as a directory, product review, forum combination?
Just ideas

Have a main part of the site with articles about health and beauty, have a regularly updated blog, have a forum where people can share ideas. You could even have a city by city directory of beauty therapists.

It is tough to have then name before the plan. Run some poles. Spend some time on Facebook.
Best of luck

I would do a directory, as another poster mentioned. A state-by-state directory (with user-submitted reviews?) could be great.

Don't mention directory, rainchild will pop here to remind us about the value of
directories.
On a more serious note I would vote for a blog with good content, written by
hired professionals. Not scraped content, good and unique.
However you will have hard time writing content for the 2 words combined as
I see no therapy in beauty. Shoping therapy maybe yes but beauty therapy?

Beauty therapy? Loads of articles spring to mind on facials, fitness, good food, Indian head massage, general massage, shiatsu, reiki, hair treatments, electrolysis, needling, botox, collagen, etc. The sky's the limit. The possibilities are endless.
