Ripoff report

Hello,
I had a reseller account with dimereseller.com for over a year or so. Over that time I never had an issue with them, They responded to the one or two tickets i opened quickly and always seemed genuine. I only post this dirty laundry here as I found dimereseller through this site.. Anyway, I outgre my account and moved on to a dedicated server with another company I found thru this site. I canceled my dimereseller account and thought that was that.. however i was wrong. For the last two months, they have charged my credit card the monthly hosting fee i was paying. I opened tickets to as for refunds and they did not respond.. They jus closed the ticket and kept my money.. So i am now working with 2checkout.com as that was the payment gateway he was using. hopefully i will get this resolved, but I just wanted to warn others here if they are thier customers to watch out

Sorry to hear about your bad experience. While there are many honest reseller and shared hosting companies out there (many advertise here), due caution is always a good thing before signing up. Kick the tires, pull a WHOIS, etc.
It's experiences such as yours that lead me to only do business with the "big boys" when it comes to hosting. Unfortunately, experiences such as yours will never go away, because for every honest businessperson out there, there are ten scammers.

Sorry To hear that but try to buy hosting from someone who has been on business a lot and you see them a lot when discussing about hostings.

Did you submit cancellation request and receive acknowledgement that you account was canceled?
From what you're saying, i think you paid with 2checkout recurring and 2checkout charged your credit card, not dimereseller.
What you would do when cancelling account is cancel 2checkout recurring payment as well.

2Checkout is of of the leading Merchant accounts on the net, The first thing I would do is give them a call and see what they can work out for you.
The worst that will happen is you wont get a refund, but they can confirm that your recurring billing will be stopped.

I agree with EasycPanelXL - give 2Checkout a call. I called them on a past transaction (a completely fraudulent one, oddly enough), and they were quite helpful.
