I'd try using a different payment gateway, because like your self many people on the net are at a disadvantage of using paypal.
Try AlertPay, or MoneyBookers.

Using offshore bank accounts to get around the law or company policies is a bit unethical dont you think? I am not saying people dont do it, but there are also plenty of unethical people out there.

using offshore banks and companes is legal and also ethical, you just have to do it in a way to mnimize taxes and not do something illegal.

I never said the act of putting money in offshore accounts was illegal or unethical, but the reasons why its done typically is. Such as trying to get around paypal policies, hiding money from uncle sam, etc.

In order to go offshore try Natwest. This is a pretty large bank and they offer offshore accounts (Isle of Man) with just few documents to send out to them and with just 1 of deposit required.
You can also try Barbados National Bank. They are part of a largest international bank group and offer bank accounts with no deposit fee.

Be careful with offshore accounts. At least here in the United States, even having such an account attracts the attention of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
