NOC Software

I wanted to know if there any any other software which can be used at NOC level, other than Ubersmith.
I don't like that there is only 1 option to choose from. Have you heard of any?
Please do not suggest WHMCS/ClientEXEC/AWBS etc. I know what they do, but they are simply not the ones which are designed for NOCs.

NOC is a pretty general term that has different meanings to different people. Can you give more details on exactly what you're looking for? Ticketing? Monitoring and operations? Asset management? Upgrade and patching? All of the above?

Upon first logging into the NOCWizard demo, the first page you are presented with has a title of "Untitled Document"
I'm sorry, but any application of this nature that has a title tag of "Untitled Document" just screams poorly coded and I would never trust it with anything.

I'd better use manual management if Nocwizard were the only software. I heard NocWorx, but it seems it's not available yet.

the entire thing is very 1/2 assed, none of their code is even encoded, I took at look at the demo and took one quick look at the code and my eyes practically burned out of my head

Seems ubersmith is also out-of-question.
I wouldn't use a product which doesn't support PHP 5 when it has been released over 4 years ago.

Um, ubersmith supports PHP v5 just fine, we run it with v5 without a problem infact we've coded in many custom modules into Ubersmith Pro (in PHP 5)

Suggestions
* Ubersmith does not support PHP 5.x at this time.

Looks like that particular page is out of date. They explicitly support V5

But it should be noted that it took them 4 years and hundreds of complains to finally make it PHP5 compatible.
Just saying...

Ubersmith Pro is also not what the OP is looking for. Its the DE version. Ubersmith DE is shipped along with its own appliance (Dell PE 1750/R200, I think) which is a big turn off. Plus you have no access to the system's OS. They control everything! (hint, privacy?)
Try these:
LinMin BareMetal Server Provisioning; Remote Reinstall OnlyDSmanager from ISPsystem (ideal stuff your looking for)
NOCWizard (poorly coded like NOCManager)
There was another great app from Parallels, NOCMonkey but now they don't offer it.
DSmanager has assest management, IP management, integration with APC for reboot reboot. Uses DHCP/PXE for remote reinstallation of servers through imaged OS. Great stuff, nice panels. Supports for reseller and client level access. Bad part is that it supports only FreeBSD (aparently developers are Russians) - me nor my staff are very good with this OS
