Do you have permission from MSN to use their trademark? I wouldn't want to buy it then be contacted by MSN's legal team.

I don't think any permission required until you will not publish content against them or their company. You know TLD's has a rule for "first come, first buy"
But if you run a website insulting microsoft corp or maybe offer clients Yahoo IM in getmsn, would be critical problem

Additionally we offered the domain to MSN but they didn't reply. So I am not sure if they are interested..
