How to set up an order form??? Or... (?)

I have a reseller package and a website... my question is how do I set up an order page with packages like host gator, godaddy, etc. I need something where people can check out and it sets up their own cpanel, etc. Is there an easy way to do this? Thanks << removed >>

A few billing systems are:
- WHMCS
- ClientExec
- ModernBill
Out of those three, I would recommend WHMCS. It's definitely the easiest to use and it's powerful enough to do what you need it to do. A good WHMCS reseller would be www.licensepal.com.
