Someone should put together a database to track the price/support ratio.


It would be very interesting to see if there is ( and I would almost bet there is ) a direct link between amount spent on services and amount of service provided..

Normal web hosting prob has very little curve here, I think this would more be for dedicated servers.

Reason behind this though, From exp a good number of people who purchase cheap dedicated servers
1. Don't need them, normal hosting would do
2. Don't even know what ssh means
3. Call more then average
