How cheap can you build a server?

Currently I built one for $2300.

Here are the min specs:

Tyan Thunder Mobo Dual MP (if something better, name it :) )
Dual AMD MP 2100+(if something better, name it too :) ) yummmm AMD Opetrons :)
4 GB RAM (prefer PC 2100 DDR ECC)
2 70+ GB Hard Drives Min of 10K RPM (Seagate Cheetah 73 GB 10k Ultra 120 SCSI is what I chose)
Good heatsink, and hmm...... rest, case, etc, its up to you.

So how cheaply can you get a system like this?
