Has anyone done this - cPanel automation question

Has anyone ever modified WHM autopilot or other hosting automation tools to work with fantastico? Basically if I had a user sign up for my hosting I would want them to click "i want drupal installed" or choose from a dropdown when they are signing up so they are automatically set up with a cpanel account with a fully installed wordpress system.
Can this be done?

If you have/build an installer script for the app you're looking to install, you can have nearly anything provisioned at the time cPanel creates an account.
We've done it with some small apps, I guess the "difficult" part is creating/defining/storing database details that will be needed for the application.
