Ther are lots of sucessful resellers on here, and a lot of the bigger companies on here originally started as resellers.
I think the best tip is: Don't set your prices too low or you will soon find yourself out of business.
Do look after your customers, without them you are nothing.
And remember it takes time, you wont get hundreds of customers overnight and you certainly wont become rich over night.
Also try and make sure you have enough money to tide you over for a couple of months, until you start making the money back.

Good advice, make sure that you price your plans from the start so that you can still make a profit when you get your own dedicated servers.

keep supporting your existing customers well. They will take about good things and refer more business to you. If you will provide a bad support - it will kill your business....

<<MOD EDIT: Please post, "How does this offer sound?" posts in the Related Offers and Request Forum, per the forum guidelines. The request being members' opinions about your pricing.>>

If you are hosting part time be sure your clients know that. Don't make them think you are there 24/7 unless you really have enough staff to say that.

couldn't agree more to this point .
Also remember that service/support is the only thing you can provide . Better that is . there are lots of reselers ... and remember that none of them sell goods actualy ,. the good belong to soemone else . Sop all you can call your own is SERVICE if thats good .

Have a look at other hosting companies, preferably successful ones and compare prices, set yours around that mark.
Try and find a unique selling point tho, something that makes you stand above the rest, if you do most customers dont mind paying a bit more and are more likely to choose you.
