Server migrating with cPanel question

I'm going to migrate to another dedicated server soon. Is it easier to migrate between servers that both use cPanel/WHM?
Versus... let's say, moving from one server with cPanel/WHM to another server that has Ensim?
Would it make a big difference to a novice?

I'm also interested in how cpanel settings would handle migration and what all is involved in that situation.

Its always better to move from one control panel to the same control panel. I am not that familiar with Enism control panel and you would need to contact them in regards to cPanel migrations.

cpanel to cpanel migration is very easy.
cpanel to ensim is not an automatic migration,you should transfer accounts manually.
