Is it Possible?

To host a Teamspeak Server on Cpanel, I have heard people talk about it but, Frankly I find it not possible.

Sure you can... Cpanel is just a management panel. If you have root access you can do anything. If you dont have root access your host may have it locked down a bit, in which case most likely not.

Cpanel has nothing related to Teamspeak. As said above, if you have root access to SSH, then you can set it up easily. If you are in a shared environment, then your host would most likely not allow it as it does use a fair bit of resources.
You will not be able to use Cpanel to manage it either. You would have to use it's internal control panel.
