Control panel that does not integrate deeply?

Hello,
I need a simple control panel that simply lets me add new sites and sets up the user/ftp automatically.
Then for each domain I want to be able to add/remove email accounts, mysql dbs, and a link to phpmyadmin.
That's it.
I don't need anything else. Anyone know of such a lightweight system?

The best choice is CPanel

DirectAdmin would fit the bill.

I don't need all the functionality it provides, plus it integrates too deeply with apache, etc..

CPanel is not even close to being lightweight.
Look into Webmin. It's free and easy to use. www.webmin.com

Yes, webmin would fit nicely. I just discovered that it can work (virtualmin) without suexec, I had tested it previously but decided not to use it because it wanted apache to be recompiled with suexec support.
But it seems that is not a requirement and can be changed in the settings, I just tested it and works like a charm. Thanks

I recommend you to test ISPmanager (ispsystem.com).

I too would recommend Webmin given that you want a lightweight panel. Webmin would seem to be more lightweight than DirectAdmin and cPanel - more difficult to use, but more lightweight as well.
