ok - how does this work, i understand it's another domain (won't be used for it's purpose)
so - what is sunrise, landrush, etc..
what should i do, do i submit an application - try to get a domain, interested in a generic name eg hosting.tel,
any info, thx!!

This is no different than .asia, .me, .mobi etc, it's a useless TLD and probably won't get far anyways..
Sorry to be so pessimistic, but it's just a money cow, and to think they're going to do this even more in the forthcoming years..

There are specific rules and limitations are looking to be involved. Not sure if that become a truth but that can be domain names not for everyone.
