launching a new website advice needed

I am launching a new website. I want to give free webhosting with each domain they register with us.I am fixing the price @ $16. (25 mb space, Linux).
Will this attract new customers or i need to do anything extra, your advice is needed....

IMO, It may bring you new customers, but make sure the security is in top place and double check all orders.

No offence...I honestly mean what I'm about to say in an attempt to be helpful, not in a "what's the matter with you" kind of way....but if you have to ask "what do you mean by security", I'm wondering if you should rethink your idea of jumping into offering hosting You might want to step back a minute and think more about whether you can really handle that...

Great posts - I would agree that just the process of collecting credit card information will help weed out a lot of abuse.
The best to you

Definitely, that's about the only way to go these days. Or else you'll be cleaning out accounts daily, spam account, porn, etc.
Grabbing their credit card is a sure-fire for them to get the free hosting, and protect yourself. Just make sure everything is in order, on the backend.

You should make it very clear what can be done with 25MB (which is quite a bit actually). Personally, I rather doubt this will be an instant success, simply because people are bombarded with huge offers these days.

You will want to make navigation around your site pretty easy or people will get angry and leave. Also, don't bombard your site with things like I accept paypal at every page or something like that. Also, make it easy on the eyes.
All the best,
