I'm trying to make changes to a customer domain at Netsol and their manage domain links will never work at all for me. It's been like this for months now, even been on phone with them and they said lot's of people complain about the same thing. Hahah, still not working. Using IE6

Can you use their manage account links?

Same experience to my account in netsol.

We hear this regularly from our customers trying to make changes before they transfer their domains.

I'm not sure, but it appears that domains registered before this real time control panel was in place, or domains that were at companies who NetSol acquired are not in this new system. Recent registrations appear to be though.

Well, the links don't work, doesn't matter what domain you are trying to access, they plain don't work for any domain..

That link works for me I'm sad to say.

Also do not hesitate also to recomend your NetSol customer transfer to any other registrar you like - I might go as far as to put it in the welcome letter to soon :)
