Does anyone know a good web hosting friendly registrar?
I ask this because I own a couple of free web hosting websites and a lot of users create phishing websites and send spam, etc. We delete those websites very fast. But I am currently with Godaddy and they want to charge me $200 in administration fees because of these spam/phishing complaints if I want to stay with them. If I don't want to pay, they ask me transfer my domain name to another registrar within 24 hours and they will charge me $75.
I will of course transfer my domain name to another registrar and there is no way I am going to pay $75.
I asked namecheap their policy in this matter and they say they suspend your account at the first complaint. So that means they dont allow free web hosting companies registered with them.
Does anyone know a good registrar that allow free web hosting companies?

Generally speaking, any registrar may respond to phishing complaints. :-/
If I may suggest, have you looked into free phishing scan tools that are available? You can proactively try to stop phishing that way. Perhaps also require some kind of identity verification on free accounts, or place server limits into effect to block such content?
I hope this helps!

I've seen a free webhosting company using NetFirms. But, I'm not positive they will allow that.
All the best,

I think it is impossible to find the company to meet your requirements!

yeah I think I'll have to pay them the $200. But I just don't get it. There are thousands of free web hosting companies out there. Where do they have their domain registered?
