As replied in other thread, IPB dont sells yearly licneses ever like vbulletin, there were lifetime and perpetual licneses, perpetual are ones which have always updates available and for lifetime updates needs to be subscribed optionally.
And about the issue I had with previous sales was because of IPB client center problem, licenses disappeared because the buyer's email previously had an account, But again.. they came back to account after i contacted IPB support.
I want you to check everything with IPB support, and ask them these things:
1. If these licneses exist in account, though u can see licnese are listed.
2. If these licneses are lifetime or not?
3. If u can renew them now or not?
4. IF u can use them for your domain for life or not.
5. If you can change the clinet details and login email or not.
If they reply any of this in NO, i will gladly send your money back, instantly.
