Excellent customer service skills (polite manner and patience) are essential for this position, as Lunarpages prides itself as a customer service based company that offers reliable web-hosting solutions.

Requirements:

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Familiarity with UNIX Command line interfaces
- Familiarity with internet based Windows applications
- Must be solution oriented, and have the ability to research and resolve problems
- Prior technical support experience is a plus
- Good verbal and writing skills
- Answer support questions via telephone and email
- Must be a team player

Salary Expectations:

$12 - $13 / hours, depending upon skills. Room to advance.
