as you can see..their info is very suspicious....should i trust him?
its a 14 day trial so i'll set him up with an account anyway..but i dont know what to do once we start billing him?

You are more interested in whether or not to trust someone at the point they pay rather than the point where you give him services. One of the main reasons we don't give free trials, but rather give guanatees instead, is that when someone signs up with a credit card, we a better means to track them.

That's not really that uncommon. However, it may be reason to keep an eye on his activity. Especially durring this fourteen day trial thing.

Did he give you his name and address anyways. Because I would never give someone a free account without some information.

all the info he sent in with the order seems legit.

bad idea to give 14 day trial ha? maybe money back guarantee is better... but i do offer that also!..:stickout

Yeah, might be a better idea to offer a 14 day money back instead.
