RotoHost 03-23-2001, 02:26 PM Hi,
We got the same thing, but haven't had the time to really investigate it. Has anyone looked into it?
JustinH 03-23-2001, 02:28 PM I went ahead and signed up but haven't heard anything (they say it'll take 48 hours). I'll post here once I found out more info.
akashik 03-24-2001, 05:05 AM Same thing here. I signed up for that a few days ago, and have heard nothing. I took a look at their current partners and it appears only *really big* type companies get in. Hope springs eternal though :) I've recommended them to a few people - would be nice to make a few bucks out of it at the same time *lol*

SI-Chris 03-24-2001, 06:35 AM LiveHelper has a deal though Commission Junction where they'll give you a dollar everytime someone signs up, even for their free service. Not the greatest deal in the world, but it's another option besides HumanClick.
akashik 03-24-2001, 07:41 AM It's a shame Live Helper is such a lemon though.. It'd be nice if they spent all those dollars on a better connection in my humble opinion :)

akashik 03-26-2001, 06:26 PM Human Click partnership email starting to come through...
We just got accepted.
If you signed up for that thing you should already know, or will know soon I would imagine.

JustinH 04-05-2001, 04:16 PM FINALLY got back to me and got accepted. They must have had a huge response to the program. Anyways, got accepted but had to email parters@humanclick.com to get my free version of HumanClick Express.
Wonder how long That'll take :)
akashik 04-05-2001, 09:54 PM Justin,
Actually it was pretty quick - within 24 hours :) After that everything happens quickly. The software gets upgraded automatically etc...

AussieHosts 04-06-2001, 01:57 AM It's a fantastic tool.
Was still talking to one chap this morning as his order form arrived. So I said you're from "Company Name", and he said "did you trace us?".
I said "no mate...your order just arrived". :-)
Might have to look at the reseller plan now.

inet7 04-19-2001, 01:58 PM We've been using Humanclick on our site since it's beta version 18 months ago. The referral info is nice and the visitors show a positive response to the instant access to either sales or tech support.
ksstudio 04-19-2001, 02:26 PM yup great deal !
We have also sign up with the program 1 weeks ago and got the reply 3 days ago.
Our customer & site visitor really happy with the "Click for Live Support Features"
We have e-mailed parters@humanclick.com to get our free version of HumanClick Express but still dun have any response about that.
But the Human Click Pro really cost a $$$ ! ===> $89.50/month :bawling:
inet7 04-19-2001, 02:51 PM The only benefits of the HC Pro are:
"pushing" the chat session visitor to a specific page of your site. Handy if its a support request and the answer is right on your website. (or...if your site is hard to navigate. I hope we all know better than that!)
"Canned" responses.....opening or closing statements. But I prefer to keep it personal and relevant to the session.
Chat session history or logging.
Unless you're chatting with several at a time, all day long....I'd save my money for some cocktails. :D
Computions 04-21-2001, 01:00 AM We use the free version as well. I noticed that you can copy chat dialog with CTRL C keyboard command and paste it into a descriptive text file, like "customer1567_04-20-01.txt"
Shhhh.... =)
ksstudio 04-21-2001, 01:17 PM :)
Have anyone received the free version of Human Click Express ?
I have been waiting for their reply for 5 days.
SiperNet 04-21-2001, 01:40 PM I`m still waiting also! :D
akashik 04-21-2001, 07:03 PM Yep, we have ours. It was done automatically the next time I logged on. You might want to send them an e-mail I suppose. :)
