I run a web hosting service, on my own server.
It's running CPanel.
I was wondering if anyone could suggest a peice of software, or the best way for me to monitor and view logs for my server.
I am currently using WHM, and any logs I can grab on ssh, but it takes a lot of effort to pick through this information and find what I'm looking for.
Basically, I'm just trying to make sure my clients arn't using illegal software, and to make sure that their inbound/outbound traffic isn't being used for illegal purposes.
I would appreciate any advice or suggestions.

Use RRDtool and you will be able to monitor servers resources, traffic, and much much more.
