hey people
well im offering web space on a server i have yet to get in exchange for services i need done. the space provided would be a standard 20 dollar a month web site. also there would be mention of your service and ad banner placement (with regard to either your work or business you have) in my advertizers index. so rougly a 300 dollar value.
you would get the space for a year and it would be immediate. generally im not looking for someone that charges by the hour but by project. in retrospect to this. when or if your years end worth of web space came up i would only charge you 15 a month.note though if you have say a 900 a year slot(s) you worked for i would charge 15 x whatever.
i wish to make this fair totally.for one possiable future work from you or two staying on the server and renting form me for what you think is a good deal for a web site after your years end is up.
also help over the intital 300 exchange would result in either more web space for you or another web slot.so generally you could have quite a large site or many after a bit.
i would and most likely am going to get a server through rackshack.net. they have fast,high bandwidth (150 gigs a month) and lots of storage capacity for servers.expensive but you get what you pay for.
i have four interested now.i am in need of someone advanced in perl coding at the moment.also im considering in reselling some space to off set my server costs.i would like to install every avialable option for clents,php,mysql,ect...so if someone is adept at that they can have a web slot or two.i am also in need of someone adept at advertising and getting web sites further up in search engines.generally work offered so far has been php(2),flash and web graphics and layout.any other person with skills differant than these contact me.im sure i can use your abilities.
further note.i have never had a server before.this is a first time affair for me. web space yes but never a server.generally the main reason i need help is one i want to get my site up and running fast and two my skills lay in web graphics and page layout and non web related software skills.
further note on reselling web space.i would offer anyone who does this now and would take care of this aspect one half revenue generated by this.generally you must have done or are doing this now.(this is flexiable and we can work out something fair for us both)
