Hi, **********!
This is relatively simple to do by adding your header and footer info into the header.tpl and footer.tpl pages of the template. However, if you don't know how or wish to do this, there are people who will do whmcs integration very inexpensively.
Whmcs does it itself or another provider I have heard good things about is hostpenguin and also licensepal.
All three of these providers will do whmcs integration for around $30 or less.

Its not that hard to do and just edit the files in either the yourwhmcs/template/default or yourwhmcs/template/portal . You also need to make sure you make adjustments in the style.css file depending on what theme you choose to use.

I can try to help, but I'm no expert. I did my own (twice with two different themes), but it was merely an adding my header and footer into to the two template files and then adding my styles to the style.css file for the template that covers my header and footer stuff.

There is more to it than just editing the header and footer. If the site is using tables, you need to go through and modify things so that those tables fit the style. If things don't use tables, you are safe there, but you still need to deal with the CSS from one site to the next.
It really is more complicated than just editing footer and header files. A TRUE integration will involve clients logging in from remote places, domain checking, and a number of other things.

Its not to hard to do and it will take a few attempts to figure it out. I hope that you don't quit and fill free to post questions in here.
